Most of our medicine now mix with drug to get a fast result to heal disease. But, at the end taking our life term as condition. But now, some people especially scientist using herbal to get a better result without condition and harmful done.
There are many medicinal plants that have been used for thousands of years. These plants can now be found in herbal products health care system because of their therapeutic efficacy.
Below are some list of herbal that can be found in Asia;


1. Misai Kucing (Scientific name: Orthosiphon Aristatus)– Remarkable as Malaysian Herb

If you look at this herb, you will see its beautiful bluish flower that resemble the whiskers of a cat. This plant can be used as a traditional preparation for the relief of joint aches and stiffness. Other than that, this plant is said to be effective treatment of arthritis, gout and rheumatism. Misai kucing has a long history of use in Asia as a safe and effective herbal diuretic, blood purifier and treating hypertension and kidney stones. Misai Kucing also used regularly helps to remove excessive metabolic waste and acids from the body.So, it’s good for diet and healthy body. Furthermore, at times the plant is boiled with pokok temu lawak (Curcuma Xanthorrhiza) for elimination of stones in the bladder.

2. Pegaga (Scientific name: Hydrocotyle Asiatica Linn (Centella asiatica (L) Urba)

Known as a creeper and a herbaceous plant with long runners and red flowers. Pegaga was used to detoxify the blood formula and relieving inflammation on leprosy sores and ulcers. In other medical uses is to treating skin diseases, asthma, hypertension, poor appetite, poor blood circulation, kidney stones, leg cramps, rheumatism and dizziness. According to scientific study, it is also to improve intelligence and memory retention.

3. Dukung Anak or in English translation is “ Carry a Child”?(Scientific name: Phyllanthus niruri (P fraternus    Webster)

This tree grow on open area, abandoned land and by the roadside or anywhere around the garden and even in pots with other plant. If you look at this plant, you can actually see row of bead-like berries on the stems underneath the leaves – that’s how it has been accredited with such name.
This plant widely used in traditional medicine such as water boiled with the plant to treat diarrhea, reported to lower hypertension and purify the blood. Other than that, it’s effective in healing wounds and scurf. Precaution: as Dukung Anak contains calcium oxalate, it is hazardous if taken by patients suffering from stones in the bladder.

As a conclusion, why we should taking a harmful thing to get health. Thank for what GOD create for us.
